The Line of Duty Death Benefit (LODDB) is a waiver agreement between a borrower and CCM, under which CCM agrees to cancel the amount of the borrower(s) loan(s) with CCM should said borrowers’ loss of life occur during the line of duty.

The Line of Duty Death Benefit (LODDB) extends to part-time or full-time members of law enforcement, fire/rescue or EMS employed by a federal, state, county, or municipal agency.  This benefit is also available for all volunteer fire/rescue and EMS members.
